Shipping time

We sell products from our own brand MD and from the brand F.R.A, our own brand items will be shipped in 1-4 days and the F.R.A products in 1-7 days.

We ship worldwide from The Netherlands, here's a breakdown of the shipping time:

  • Netherlands 1-2 days
  • Germany & Belgium 2-4 days 
  • Europe 3-10 days 
  • Outside of Europe 1-2 weeks
  • Australia & New Zealand 2-3 weeks

Returns

Is your product not the right fit? Please contact us, there's still a lot to fix with spare parts. If you want to return it in it's entirely, please send an email to info@mdequestrians.com with your order number and reason for return. We are able to send you a return label if you're in a EU country, if you're from a country outside of the EU you can return the order to the return adres:

How to return the products:

  • Put the item unused, with card and clean (it is allowed to fit) in the original packaging and write the return address clearly on the package; Drop off your package at a post office;
  • If you return the entire order, you will receive the total purchase amount back on your account. The shipping costs for returning are for your own account;
  • If you return part of the order, you will only receive a refund for the purchase price of these items. In that case you will not receive any shipping costs of your original order back;

Returning part of your order is at your own risk. So keep the proof of delivery until your package has arrived and processed with us. You will receive an e-mail from us when we have received your package and when your money has been refunded;

Import duties for countries outside the European Union

We always do our best to ship orders in a way that helps avoid customs duties for the receiver. In most cases, this works well. However, on rare occasions, a package may still be assessed customs fees by local authorities. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, and any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
