For the products that we have in stock, the delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-2 working days. For products that we do not have in stock and order from the supplier, the delivery time is 3 to 7 working days.

We work together with DHL, PostNL and DPD. During the payment process, the cheapest option is calculated for the type of package and the country of destination. For example, the parcels for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany go the most with DHL, Scandinavia with DPD and countries outside Europe with PostNL.

- You can return your order within 30 days;Complete the return form completely and always send it with you; Go to our return portal via this link: https://mdequestrians.shipping-portal.com/rp/
- Put the item unused, with card and clean (it is allowed to fit) in the original packaging and write the return address clearly on the package; Drop off your package at a post office;
- If you return the entire order, you will receive the total purchase amount back on your account. So also the possible € 3.95 shipping costs of your original order. The shipping costs for returning are for your own account;
- If you return part of the order, you will only receive a refund for the purchase price of these items. In that case you will not receive any shipping costs of your original order back;
Returning part of your order is at your own risk. So keep the proof of delivery until your package has arrived and processed with us. You will receive an e-mail from us when we have received your package and when your money has been refunded;
