The Jeany barebackpad from F.R.A with denim look. The color of this pad is going out of the collection and therefor highly discounted until the stock runs out! Little discoloring might occur (see last picture).

About the pad:

The pad has an anatomical design, a denim fabric toplayer with a sympanova underside and girth straps made of PP. The jeany is equipped with a PP safety handle, and the denim is naturally anti-slip for the rider. The filling made of high-density foam. Sympanova is a neoprene synthetic anti-slip open mesh structure. This material is easy to maintain, shock-absorbent, skin-friendly, hygienic and temperature-regulating.

It keeps close contact with the horse while giving extra comfort for both rider and horse compared to completely bareback!

Total top lenght is 62 cm.

The pad has dressage girth locks and can be uses with a dressage girth, the girt is not included with the pad. Need a girth to go with the pad? This is our recommendation: the memory foam girth. This pad has slightly shorter girth locks than our other pads, for the girth we adivise to get a girth that's one size up from our recommendations.

I absolutely love this bareback and it's worth every penny. I'm a big fan of riding bareback but my current lease is not the most comfortable and has sharp withers. This has been a game changer, I can do full working flatwork rides without and problem and he has becomes so much softer and responsive to my seat cues. It has the perfect amount of cushion to still keep you comfy but also have a good feel of the horse.

I got this bare back pad a few weeks ago and I’ve used it many many times since, I will say I feel the girth straps and a tiny bit far back as my horse has quite a forward girth groove but it still fits great. I love how u can still feel ur horse as u would when riding bare back without out but it give u a bit extra grip and u and ur horse extra comfort, the price is amazing, I have also used it while jumping and it’s amazing, I definitely recommend!

Used it a couple of times now ! Quite comfy for both horse and rider I think, the only negative remark I would have is the area of no padding within the pad just above where the girth straps are stitched in and goes up to the “top line” of the pad - it’s a shame there is no padding there bc that’s right where the rider sits so I think it would’ve made it even more comfy for the horse to have some material there. Other than that, the material and the stitching are of really good quality and it’s a great quality-price ratio ! ✨

I have never had a bareback pad, I tried one on my horse before that belonged to a friend but I felt like it put a lot of pressure on his withers. This pad did not do that and I really liked riding in it! It has good grip and nice cushion without feeling bulky!

This pad is perfectly grippy for me and my horse! I did not use it with any pad underneath. The girth straps are in the right position that I could use my existing girths. You will need a shorter girth than you would use with your English saddle.
